This is a gorgeous concho belt by silversmith Vincent Platero. Platero is one of the most well-known Native American silversmiths. According to my research, he uses traditional Navajo patterns that his mother wove into rugs as inspiration for his jewelry. This belt features 16 hand-stamped conchos with vintage rug designs. Each concho measures 1 1/2" by 13/16". There is one large "centerpiece" for the buckle which measures 3 1/4" by 1 1/2". The conchos are linked together with small, silver rings. This entire belt is composed of 180 grams of sterling silver. It measures 42 1/4" in total length. The buckle is marked on the back "VJP Sterling".
This is in great condition overall with only light signs of age and use. There are some small spots of patina. There are tiny surface scratches or spots of wear, but I see nothing else of significance to report. Please see pictures for more details.

We are pleased to present this beautiful vintage Circle Y show headstall with no bit. This is an adjustable headstall, which is composed of leather. There is lovely decorative beading running around the double ear pieces and along the cheeks. Both side straps are adjustable.
This listing also includes a belt, which matches the headstall. The belt has hand-tooled leather and silver beads to match those on the headstall. The belt is very heavy, weighing over 2 pounds on its own. It measures 33 3/4" from the closest hole to the strap where the buckle attaches. It is 37 3/4" from the farthest hole. We have not included a buckle.
This is in good condition overall with some general signs of age and use. The leather is nicely broken in. There are some bends or spots of wear, mainly around the buckles. The beas have some light patina or small spots of corrosion, which would be removed with a proper, detailed cleaning. Please see pictures for more details.
